Product Description

CQuartz DLUX Long Life Trim Coat (SKY Kit)

DLUX Long Life Trim Coat was engineered specifically for coating plastics as well as rubber and metal. It can be used on any wheel finish including clear coated, chrome, aluminum, and plastic however I personally recommend CQuartz for use on paint and clear coats.  This coating is the pinnacle of Exterior Plastic protection and darkens the trim as well without leaving any slick greasy feel that washes off.  I have personally tested this product on plastic and rubber outside 24/7 in Florida weather since early 2012 and its still going strong.

  1. Fantastic product with great longevity

Posted by Jacob on 22nd Apr 2014

I decided to give this a try last year after speaking with Corey to restore some of the faded trim on my 06 Legacy. I don't have a garage or shade so the parts I was able to do when the sun was behind a cloud turned out fantastic, the parts that were not done in the shade still looked much better, but not quite as good. Nearly a year later the trim was still looking great when I traded the car in. The first thing I did to my new car was apply Dlux and Cquartz. This time I purchased a canopy and both turned out great. Make sure you apply in the shade.

  2. One of the best trim restorers on the market

Posted by Troy S. on 29th Dec 2013

Dlux darkens trim leaving a great finish that lasts. I can write a full review here but the best thing is to show the results. So Here is a link to my full review: http://www.live2detail.com/showthread.php?3859-Product-Review-CarPro-Dlux

  3. Best Trim Product - Period

Posted by Swanicyouth on 15th Dec 2013

Nothing outlasts this stuff. This stuff beads and sheets water on trim like a paint coating. Lasts a long time and darkens trim. The only stuff I use, coat the trim and forget about it.

  4. Finally solved the rubber sill bleading.

Posted by Merlin on 17th Aug 2013

I recently did a Ford pick up that had rubber sills at the bottom of the windows. The client was very hesitant about doing a detail as he stated to me the rubber bottom window sills constantly bleeds black down the white doors. When he arrived with the truck I definitely saw what he was describing. I finely sanded the rubber and sealed it with Dlux. It's been a month and it has not bled. Dlux is awesome.

Did I mention it also looks dark and rich. Excellent product. Five stars!

  5. Very comparable to C4 but much less $$!

Posted by Jim Olson 864-710-4333 on 6th Jul 2013

I have used DLUX and C4. Both are amazing! The only difference I can discern is that Corey sells DLUX for ~ 60% less than C4. Both are permanent IME and darken trim very well.I have not tried it on wheels yet. I assume it is similar to C5, which turned out to be identical to C4. I don't have a use for G|Techniq and their outrageous pricing. Thanks Corey and Avi!

  6. very very good

  7. 27 year old trim restored

Posted by Wills on 9th May 2013

I used this on my 86' Lincoln Town Car. The trim was no longer a dark grey/black...but ashy/white in color. Application was easy and results were night and day. I was so happy I even did a quick video of my experience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7_iam5mwbQ

    Thanks C!

  10. For the money, the best trim/wheel protectant available

Posted by Perfections on 31st Aug 2012

Ive used this on 2 trucks, wheels, front/rear bumper trim, and side mirrors and still have enough for possibly another. Not only was I blown away my customers were too. The second truck I did was only a few weeks old, and the owner stated he didn't think it could look better then brand new but it did. Compared to products I've used in the pasted, black wow, wolfgang trim sealant, ultima trim, Meguiars black trim restorer, dlux wins hands down!
