ECH2O is a waterless cleanser and gloss enhancer built on years of research and development by CARPRO! ECH2O was designed to work in harmony with ceramic coatings and even provides easy cleaning of non-coated or waxed surfaces! Based on a SiO₂ hybrid framework and an eco-friendly organic lubricant solution, ECH2O safely cleans and glosses a variety of exterior vehicle surfaces with ease! 

Paint and chrome take on an entirely new level of gloss and reflection with this incredible formula. And better yet, it is easy to use even in extreme heat and direct sun on painted surfaces! Our solution to providing a swirl-free and eco-friendly waterless experience is a blend of proprietary lifting agents combined with natural organic extracts and lubricants. 

The secret to the safe cleansing abilities provided by ECH2O is a combination of its modified high gloss SiO₂ component and its innate cleansing abilities, which easily remove dust and light dirt whilst leaving behind a wet, glass-like surface! The finish left by ECH2O mimics the incredible properties that have become synonymous with CARPRO SiO₂ sealants and CQUARTZ coatings throughout the years!

In conjunction with a quality microfiber towel, the lubricants aid in safely removing the larger particles from the surface, while the remnants of the ECH2O solution become an active cleaner across the surface and begin to loosen any particulates that were left behind. Before the final step (noted in the product directions), the solution may dry to a fine haze, indicating it is ready to wipe off any remaining product effortlessly!

Specifications:

• Available in 50 ml sample, 500 ml, 1 liter & 1 gallon
• 500 ml makes approximately 16 16 oz bottles of Waterless Wash at a 1:15 dilution
• 500 ml makes approximately 21 16 oz bottles of Quick Detailer at a 1:20 dilution
• 500 ml makes approximately 41 16 oz bottles of Clay Lubricant at a 1:40 dilution
• 500 ml makes approximately 16 1-gallon batches of Rinseless Wash at a 1:200 dilution

Directions:

Quick Detailer:

1. Shake well and dilute 1:15 - 1:20.
2. Spray the product onto your desired area.
3. Wipe off with a clean microfiber towel.

Drying Aid:

1. Shake well and dilute 1:15 - 1:25 based on preference.
2. Lightly mist the product onto your wet, clean surface.
3. Dry the surface with your favorite drying towel.
4. If any hazing is left over, do a final wipe with a separate, clean towel.

• Pro Tip: Magic Elixir Sio₂ Spray Detailer: Mix 50 ml of CARPRO ECH2O, 50 ml of CARPRO Reload, and 400 ml of distilled water in a 16 oz bottle.

Waterless Wash:

1. Shake well and dilute 1:10 - 1:15.
2. Spray liberally across one entire panel.
3. Lightly wipe with Crazy Pile towel, flipping the towel to fresh sides often.
4. Spray once more across the panel surface.
5. Once the product hazes, using a fresh Crazy Pile towel to wipe the surface, removing the remainder of dust and dirt.
6. Move to the next panel, repeat steps 2-5, and continue around the vehicle.
7. Final wipe the entire vehicle with a fresh clean towel as needed to remove any left over haze.

Clay Lubricant:

1. Shake well and dilute 1:40.
2. Use as needed as with your desired clay bar or clay towel.

Rinse-less Wash:  

1. Mix approximately 0.7 - 1 oz of ECH2O per 1 gallon of water in a bucket equipped with a Grit Guard if desired.
2. Fill a spray bottle or pump sprayer with the rinseless wash solution for pre-soaking the panels.
3. Submerge 4-6 Crazy Pile microfiber towels in the rinseless wash solution.
4. Thoroughly pre-soak one panel at a time with the rinseless wash solution in your spray bottle/pump sprayer.
5. Grab one saturated towel and fold it in half or in quarters. Using light pressure, slowly drag the towel across approximately 1/4 of the panel.
6. Flip to a clean side of the towel and continue working the next section of the panel. Avoid going back over areas with a dirty side of the towel.
7. Continue flipping and rotating the towel until all available sides have been used. Once the towel is fully used, set it aside and grab a fresh, saturated towel.
8. Use a separate clean, soaked towel for the final buffing wipe.
9. Dry the panel completely with a Summit 800 or your favorite drying towel before moving on to the next panel.
10. Continue this process panel by panel, always using a clean side or fresh towel for each section.
11. Place used towels in your dirty towel bucket. Do not re-dip used towels into the wash solution.
12. Once finished, wash all used microfiber towels in a washing machine with your preferred microfiber detergent.

Note: Some users prefer performing this method with multiple clean wash mitts instead of microfiber towels. The same principles apply: use a clean wash medium for each panel or section and avoid introducing dirt back into the wash solution.

CARPRO Ech2O FAQ: 

Can I use ECH2O in the sun as a waterless wash or detail spray?

Absolutely, it works very well even in direct sun.   

Can I use ECH2O as a rinseless wash?

Yes! Our rinseless wash testers found ECH2O to perform better than the products they have used until now. 

Is ECH2O a cleaner?

Yes, it is a waterless wash that’s tough on dirt but gentle on the vehicle. It gently lifts dirt and contaminants from the surface.

Does ECH2O have protection in it? 

ECH2O does have some SiO₂ (quartz) protection in it, BUT its main focus is on safely cleaning and glossing a variety of surfaces. Durability of protection is about 2 weeks.

Can I use ECH2O as a wipe-down before coating?

No, the organic lubricants in ECH2O are GREAT for aiding in safe, quick detailing, but lubricants can hinder the bonding of CQUARTZ to the surface. For that purpose, stick with Eraser for a wipe-down solution. That is what CARPRO Eraser was designed for.   

Can I use ECH2O for wiping down a car that I just coated? 

That depends on your definition of “just." ECH2O has very effective cleaners in it, so we do NOT want to introduce a cleaning solution to a ceramic coating that is STILL undergoing a very complex curing process. If you mean just before or after delivery/wiping off dust, we would recommend CARPRO Release instead; however, if ECH2O is all you have on hand, then yes. In that case, dilute ECH2O 1:25 and gently remove any dust.

Why do you have a range of dilutions mentioned?

There are a lot of variables in detailing. Level of dust and dirt, temperature, humidity, preference, technique, and existing surface protection are just a few of the variables. In general we would recommend you start with 1:15 for a waterless wash and 1:20 for a quick detailer.

Can I use ECH2O on Chrome?

Yes! It leaves the chrome incredibly clean, slick, and glossy!

Can I use ECH2O on Glass?

Yes, it works excellent!

Can I use ECH2O on interiors?

You can use ECH2O on some interior surfaces for light cleaning, but we would recommend using Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel or CARPRO Inside for most interior surfaces!
