Select your new Color Coded Microfiber Towels today!

Introducing one of our 2 lines of color coded microfiber towels.  This line offers a quality microfiber fabric with stitched edge in 7 distinct colors, while our other line provides 5 distinct colors of Ultra Soft microfiber towels with an absorbent microfiber banding.

These stitched edge towels utilize a 80/20 blend of polyester/polyamide, making them extremely versatile for a variety of tasks. Unlike most stitched edge towels these utilize a soft split weave thread. Our stitched edge microfiber towels are offered in 7 distinct options to allow color coding for a variety of tasks to prevent cross contamination of contaminants, products, and abrasives. Wax removal towels should be kept separate from coating removal towels, to avoid contaminating a fresh coating with abrasives or carnauba solvents that can compromise durability. Wheel towels should be kept separate from other applications as they can hold brake dust, which is extremely abrasive and corrosive.  Glass towels should NEVER be mixed with other towels, as this is a sure-fire way to taint them and cause streaks on your glass in future use. Compound removal towels should be kept separate from other paint use towels as they can trap clear coat residue and abrasives from the polish or compound and swirl up your perfected paint.

Microfiber Care:

When caring for microfiber towels there are a few simple rules to live by. Microfiber towels should only be washed with other microfiber towels. If you wash with other types of fabrics like cotton, etc, the microfiber will retain lint from those fabrics.  Only use microfiber detergent or liquid detergent that is labeled as free and clear of dies and perfumes. When washing consider a second rinse cycle to remove any remaining detergents if needed.  NEVER use fabric softeners or dryer sheets. When drying either hang dry or dry on a very low heat cycle and never leave them in the dryer long enough to heat up.  A dry microfiber that is heated to a certain point melts and becomes a danger to paint. Rinsing your new towels in the washer is always a good habit but also be aware that some colors may bleed onto others if you mix colors during that first wash cycle. After use microfiber should be stored, washed, and kept separate according to their task. In other words you would never use a wheel towel and then mix it with your paint towel. Mixing wax and sealant towels with glass and drying towels are a good way to remove absorbency from or cause streaking with your drying towels. Interior or door jamb towels will collect sand and particles you would never want in your paint buffing towels so keep those separate as well.

Points to Review:

  • Do not mix with towels used for other tasks.
  • Wash with liquid laundry detergent labeled free & clear or with a microfiber specific washing detergent.
  • NEVER use fabric softener sheets.
  • NEVER use a dryer unless you have a sufficiently low heat setting.
